It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Malissa Ann Courtney (Hitchcock, Texas), born in Jackson, Mississippi, who passed away on January 25, 2022, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her daughters, Alexis Paige Courtney and Alaina Nikkole Courtney; her mother Jan Hill; her siblings, Christi Cook Barnes (Patrick), Lacy Hill (Johnny Quiroz) and Brian Cook; her grandmother Evelyn Bigner; her nephews, Reed Barnes, Jayden Quiroz and Jionni Quiroz; her aunt Brenda Sims; and her cousins, Michelle Martin, J. T. Martin and Sam Martin.
