He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Brantley and Ann Brantley; his daughter Sherry Ann; and his siblings, Brenda Fortenberry and Shelby Brantley.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Brantley; his children, Scott, Pam, Curtis (Kelly), Larry Wayne Jr. (Jennifer), Lisa and Karen (Marcus); and his siblings, Rex, Linda Brantley, Jean Mc Quire, Diane Kirkland and Gale Blake. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and two grand fur babies.
