He is survived by: his wife Kate David; his daughter Theresa Davis (John); his daughter-in-law Lisa Diane David; his brothers, Fred David (Julene) and Melvin David (Pat); and his grandchildren, Shelby, Connor DuColon, Laura Davis, Jamie and Mat Risteen.
