He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Parkman and Grace Ellis; and his stepparents, Hazel Parkman and William Ellis. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hultquist Parkman; his sons, William Parkman (Patricia) and Ronald Parkman (Carolina); his grandchildren, Kristin, Sara, Ryan and Daddy Park; and his siblings, William Ellis, Jr., Judith Kenz, David Parkman, Richard Parkman and Robert Parkman.
