He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Lewis Adolph and Edna Mae Miller (Yackel); and his brother George William Miller. He is survived by: his wife Betty Miller; his daughters, Carol Mitchell (Michael) of Santa Fe, Diane Miller of Albuquerque, NM and Sharon Kemp (Kevin) of Dripping Springs; his grandchildren, Sarah Schaafs (Andy), Meagan Mitchell, Hannah and Rose Kemp; and his great grandchildren, Addie and Ellie Schaafs.
