We are sad to announce that on March 24, 2021, at the age of 93, David Howard Peterson (Hitchcock, Texas), born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David Howard Peterson to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Opal Kuns of Illinois and Elmer S. Peterson; his wives, Nieves Schehl, Dorothy Peterson and Mary Ottyce Peterson; his sons, David Peterson, Jr. and Stephen Peterson; his sister Donna Smock; and his grandson Chris Benninghoff.

He is survived by: his children, Richard Peterson (Mary Jo), Teresa Montero (Art), Monica Benninghoff (David), Donna Peterson and Naoma Peterson; and his stepdaughter Diane Mallett (Paul). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 3 nieces, 1 nephew and numerous cousins.

Memorials in the form of donations may be made in David's name to the Hitchcock Heritage Society Museum Fund or to an organization of your choice.
