He was predeceased by: his father James Thomas Bethea, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Theresa M. Bethea of Santa Fe; his children, Colton Kimling-Bethea of Santa Fe and Taryn Young of League City; his siblings, James Thomas Bethea, Jr. (Deanna) of League City and Becky Sullivan (David) of Santa Fe; his grandchildren, Blayze Young, Landyn Young and Gavyn Young; and his nieces and nephews, Jenny Sullivan, Chelsee Bethea, Jeremiah Sullivan, Jacob Sullivan and Seth Bethea.
