He was predeceased by: his father William "Bill" Banik; and his stepfather Frank E. Mote. He is survived by: his mother Lynette Mote; his siblings, Jason Baker (Amber), Justyn Mote and Jessica Casady (Ron); and his nieces and nephews, Gage, Gunner, Nola and River.
