He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cothey and Irene Cothey (Gannon). He is survived by: his wife Mary Cothey; his children, Mike Cothey (Tracy), Charles Cothey, Lori Buck (Jerry) and Sharon Lamb (Lloyd); and his sister Shirley Boyle (Jim). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
