He is survived by: his wife Elma Williams; and his children, Karen Owens (Stephen), Kevin Williams (Margaret), Kristie Sheppard (Douglas) and Charles Ray Williams III. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren.
