She is survived by: her husband Wayne Maxwell; her children, Darlene Maxwell, Brenda (Mark Vasek), Michael (Karen Maxwell) and Darin Maxwell (John Haley); her grandchildren, Amanda Maxwell, Richard Hernandez, Ryan Maxwell, Justin Vasek, Ty (Rachel Vasek) and Olivia Haley-Maxwell; her great grandchildren, Mariah Cummings, Heather Armstrong and Raiden Hernandez; and her siblings, Shirley (Richard Pike), Ameal (Carolyn Mentzel) and Wayne Mentzel. She is also survived by her family and friends.
