He is survived by: his wife Maria Zavala; his children, Ramiro Zavala, Sergio Zavala (Angela), Maria Vasquez (Jesus) and Sylvia Zavala; his brother Humberto Zavala; his grandsons, Marco Vasquez (Demers), Gabriel Zavala, Zachary Zavala, Christopher Zavala, Dominick Zavala and Noah Zavala; and also Emilio Gordillo. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; extended family.
