She was predeceased by: her parents, Rankin F. O'Neill and Hazel O'Neill (Sims). She is survived by: her husband Thomas L. Tate of Hilltop Lakes, Texas; her daughter Shelly Dee Tate Holt (Mitch) of Graham, Texas; her grandchildren, Morgan Jezek, Travis Jezek (Courtney), Rankin "Cy" Holt (Lyndsay) and Brandi Holt Whitlow (Tate); and her great grandchildren, Austin Robinson, Emmerson Jezek, Brazoz Jezek, Kyndal Whitlow and Carter Whitlow.
