He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Cooper and Viva Cooper; and his brother Thomas Cooper. He is survived by: his grandchild Crimson Tide Football of Alabama; his wife Charlotte Cooper; his children, Theresa Minor (Jeff) of Quinton, AL, Darlene Lyons (Gary) of Roan Mountain, TN, Cindy Roberson (Otis) of Roan Mountain, TN and Andrew Cooper (Kameron) of Hilltop Lakes, TX; and his siblings, Betty Dodd (Doyle), George Cooper, Mack Cooper, Billy Cooper (Sharon), Ricky Cooper and Ronnie Cooper (Diana). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
