He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Claude Lively, Sr. and Mary Ethel Lively May (Denson); and his daughter Rachel Michelle Morris. He is survived by: his child Donald Wayne Lively, Jr.; his grandchildren, Jessica McBee (Brian, Scott Lively), Zachary Morris (Sara, Caitlin Morris), Giovanna Lively and Alyssa Lively Wingard (Matthew); and his great grandchildren, Brianna McBee, Aidan McBee, Azariah Marek and Cooper Ray Lively.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Wounded Warrior Project or to Stillcreek Ranch Children's Home.
