He is survived by: his wife Marsha; his sons, David Spruiell, Jr. (Amanda) and Bryan Spruiell (Savannah); his siblings, Carol McAlister, Frances Craver, William Spruiell, Carl Spruiell (Sharon) and James Schronk; and his grandchildren, Alex Spruiell, Luke Spruiell, Noah Spruiell and Abby Spruiell.
