He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Monroe Rodgers and Rosalie Taylor Rodgers; and his sister Debbie Holland. He is survived by: his wife Pam Rodgers; his brothers, Roy Raymond Rodgers (Carol) and Yancy Monroe Rodgers (Joan); and his brother-in-law J. R. Holland. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
