He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Albert and Rosa Juanita Phillpott (Smith); and his siblings, Charles Burton Phillpott and Janice Harris. He is survived by: his wife Tommie Jean Davis; his children, Tiffany DuBose (Frank), Dea Toler and Carl (Deana); his sister Karen Trochim (Jim); and his grandchildren, Massie DuBose, Alexis Hartman (Damian), Karlie Toler, Sydnie Toler and Joshua Phillpott. He is also survived by Numerous great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
