He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edward Hayes and Vanita Sweeney Hayes (Nea); and his brothers, Ronnie and David Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Donna Hayes of Hillsboro; his daughters, Kelli Hudson (Eric) of Woodbury, Kristi May (Richie) of Whitney, Kerri Kaluza (Justin) of West and Kassi Santoy (Ricky) of Ore City; and also, Tony, Lettie, Chris and Lilly. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; and special friends.
