She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Toon (Binky) and Marie Toon; her husband Frank Williams, Sr.; her son Jared Hill; and her brother Ralph Toon, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Frank Jr. and Angela (David); and her grandchildren, Miranda, Kason and Kaliyah.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Marshall and Marshall Funeral Directors (2495 Corsicana Hwy, Hillsboro, TX 76645). A burial will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at the Brandon Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Central Baptist church or Brandon/Bynum Cemetery.
