With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Bates (Hillsboro, Texas), born in Harrison, Arkansas, who passed away on November 23, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Cantrell and Lucille Cantrell; her husband Mac Bates; and her sister Wanda McCutcheon. She is survived by: her daughter Ginny Brown (Bates); her son-in-law Kenny Brown; her granddaughters, Shani Atkinson (Jack) and Holly Radke (Kyle); her great grandchildren, Wes Atkinson, Corbin Radke and Laramie Atkinson; her stepbrother Steve Lair; her niece Cynthia Goatley; and her sister-in-law Beth Detwiler.
