He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Bradley Farley and Shirley Mae Quam; his uncle Pat; and his cousins, Dave, Deb and Pam.
He is survived by: his son Andrew Coleman; and his sister Linda Farley Fisher (Rick). He is also survived by his children, many friends, both ex-wives.
