It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Gidley of Hillsboro, Texas, born in Salado, Texas, who passed away on December 6, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Ferrell and Herman Ferrell; her husband Roland; and her grandson Douglas Head. She is survived by: her daughter Judy; her son-in-law Kent Head of Hillsboro; her son Ronnie; her daughter-in-law Rhonda Gidley of Bryan; her grandchildren, Shannon Gross (Curtis) of Waco, Kim Story (Scott) of College Station and Brian Gidley (Kara) of College Station; her great grandchildren, Preston, Dakota, Lainie, Rachel, Makenzie, Mason, Hudson, Emery, Addyson, Brooklyn and Caitlyn; and her great great grandchildren, Aiden, Olivia and Elijah.
