It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stephen Garth Kemp (Hillsboro, Texas), who passed away on September 13, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Kemp and Jemmie Kemp; and his wife Vicki René Dollar. He is survived by: his children, Keri Dumas (Blake) of Allen and Justin Kemp of Eddy; his grandson David Dumas; and his brothers, Galen Kemp (Cindy) of Waxahachie, Gary Kemp (Merry) of Woodway, Phillip Kemp (Debbi) of Stillwater and Greg Kemp (Holly) of Pantego. He is also survived by numerous nieces and a nephew.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a Hill County-based charity in the interest of giving to the community in which he was raised, such as Hillsboro Heritage League (PO Box 2, Hillsboro, TX 76645) or Mission Hillsboro Medical Clinic (PO Box 971, Hillsboro TX 76645).
