It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ann Heath in Hillsboro, Texas, born in Fort Scott, Kansas, who passed away on August 8, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eunice Holding and Lewis Holding; and her husband Arthur Ray Heath Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Simmons, Cathy Willburn, Arthur Ray Heath, Jr. (Tonya) and Stacia Giles. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
