He is survived by: his wife Patricia Rodriguez; his children, Chrystal Ervin (Tim) and Adam Rodriguez (Colleen O'hearn); and his grandchildren, Jasmyn Denae Rodriguez, Aleigha Jordyn Rodriguez, Brooklynn Danielle Rodriguez, Jaelyn Kaliss Marshall and Avery Jo O'hearn. He is also survived by five brothers and two sisters.
