He was predeceased by: his siblings, Fernie Anders, J. B. Anders and Annie May; his son William Corey Anders; his granddaughter Karlie Nicole Anders; and his brother-in-law Douglas Deal.

He is survived by: his former wife Frances Hamilton; his children, Gretchen Williams (Shane Smith), Teresa Williams (Bill), Roy Anders, Jr. (Nadine), Lee Anders (Diana) and Chris Anders; his wife Barbara Jean Deal (Anders); his daughter Kimberly (Chris Fulton); and his siblings, LaBarbara Woolsey (Garland) and Darrell Anders (Louise). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and many nieces & nephews.
