He is survived by: his wife Michelle of Hillsboro; his stepchildren, Jessica Gaddy and Josh Fischer; his grandson Joshua Gaddy; his parents, Ron Cantrell of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Teresa Kuehn; his stepfather David Kuehn of Whitney, Texas; and his brother Clint (Christina Cantrell) of Fort Worth, Texas. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and many friends.
