She was predeceased by: her parents, Buck Johnson and Ethyl Johnson; her husband John Edward Lewis; her former husband Ralph Edward Maffeo (Ray) of Suwanee; her brothers, LaVerne Johns and Curtis Johnson (Johnny); and her children, Kim Johnson and Sherry Stricherz.
She is survived by: her son John Michael Lewis (Melissa) of Cleburne; her granddaughters, Carly Stricherz, Casey Stricherz and Courtney Stricherz; her great grandchild Shelby Whitlow of Tennessee; and her sister-in-law Bettye Lewis of Itasca. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
