He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank E. Miller and Virgie Miller (Tittle); his siblings, Earl Miller, James R. Miller and Mary Kay Underwood; his parents-in-law, AJ and Evelyn Johnson; and his brother-in-law Olis Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Leatrice Miller; his sons, Paul H. Miller, Jr. (Donna), Phillip Miller (Lisa), Preston Miller (Yvonne), Patrick Miller (Kim) and Perry Miller (Lori); his siblings, Larry Miller (Sharon) and Peggy Reid; and his sisters-in-law, Joan (Virgil Hilton) and Lona Baker. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; and seventeen great grandchildren.
