He was predeceased by: his parents, Florencio Fuentes and Petra Fuentes (Monray); his sons, Rafael Fuentes and Fermin Fuentes; and his sister Ancelma Fuentes.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Fuentes of Hillsboro; his children, Armando Fuentes (Yolanda) of Hillsboro, Anacelia Fuentes (Amador) of Hillsboro and Claribel Fuentes (Miguel) of Hillsboro; his sister Maria Fuentes of Mexico; and his grandchildren, Alvaro Fuentes, Karen Fuentes, Cristian Fuentes, Rafael Castaneda, Roxanna Castaneda, Valeria Garcia, Diego Garcia, Elisa Garcia and Adrian Fuentes. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
