In the vast expanse of eternity, Joyce shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Joyce farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Conger and Virgie Conger; her husband Joel; and her son Todd. She is survived by: her daughter Ginger Walker; her grandson Ryan Vargas; her siblings, Gayle (Steve Gilcrease) and Ronnie (Joyce Conger); and her pet Rocky. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
