He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred John and Verna Hoffman (Woods). He is survived by: his spouse Tommie; and his children, David (Barbara), Cindy (Johnny) and Darla (Steve). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
