He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Neff and Jessie Neff; and his sisters, Barbara Teeter, Mary Reed, Nelda Tull, Wanda Prather and Vona Beth Neff.
He is survived by: his wife Kay; his sister Joy Huebotter of Cleveland; his daughters, Marleyna Urbanovsky of Hillsboro and Lucrecia Chandler (Jacob) of Huntsville; and his grandsons, Branden Urbanovsky (Victoria) of Abbott, Matthew Urbanovsky of Hillsboro and Jackson Chandler of Huntsville, Texas..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Marshall and Marshall Funeral Directors - Hillsboro (2495 Corsicana Hwy, Hillsboro, TX 76645). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 3838 TX-22, Hillsboro, TX 76645.
