She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton J. Pustejovsky and Helen Pustejovsky (Hykel); her husband Ernest Mach; her brothers, James and Michael Pustejovsky; and her aunt Judy Ridlehuber.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard (Marcy), Eugene (Susan) and Patrick (Jill); her grandchildren, Rachael McCoy (Johnny), Lauren Mach, Allison Woolums (Ben), James Mach, Annalis Mach, Joshua Mach, Jack Mach, Angela Mach, Samuel Mach, Daniel Mach, Sophia Mach, Benjamin Mach and Amy Kennedy (Tyson); her great grandchildren, Lindsey McCoy, Elizabeth McCoy, Mason McCoy, Noah McCoy, Olivia McCoy, Spencer McCoy, Savannah McCoy, Shepherd McCoy, Keegan McCoy, Killian Woolums, Viviana Woolums, Azelea Woolums, Hayden Sinkule and Bryson Kennedy; her siblings, Barney Pustejovsky (Lucy), Joseph Pustejovsky (Carolyn), Tony Pustejovsky (Beverly), Bernice Picha and Janice Hurst; and her sister-in-law Elaine Pustejovsky Brown (Robert). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Memorials may be made to the Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church or the Hillsboro Interfaith Ministries.
