She was predeceased by: her grandfather Guyle Burkett, Jr. of Hillsboro; and her uncle James Phillips of Nickerson, Kansas.. She is survived by: her parents, John Phillips and Deborah Phillips; her siblings, Aurora, Emilie, Ruthie, Jace, Hudson, Luke, Elliot and John Davis of Hubbard; her grandparents, Paul, Barbara Phillips of Hubbard and Ruth Burkett of Peoria; her great-grandparent Jimmie Phillips of Hubbard; her uncles, David (Nicole Burkett), Mike (Nicole Burkett), Paul (Tess Phillips) and Kevin (Carla Hopkins); and her aunt Ruth Ann Burkett of Hillsboro.
