She was predeceased by: her parents, O. R. Blount and Fay Blount; her siblings, Odis Blount, Charley Blount and Joyce Blount Helzer; and her husband Jim.
She is survived by: her brother Alford Blount; her grandsons, John Blount, Bobby Blount (Laura) of Amarillo and Robert Blount (Luann) of Gruver; her sisters, Geneva Wheeler (Jim) of Joshua, Cora Metcalf (John) of Hillsboro and Francis Houghton (Scott) of Julesburg, CO; her sister-in-law Tammy Blount of Fort Worth; and her children, Denise Hennessee of Iowa, Crystal Euchner (Jason) of Iowa, Jonathan Hennessee (Jackie) of Iowa, Donnie McMahan of Spearman and Lance McMahan of Tyler. She is also survived by twenty-six nieces and nephews; thirty-six great nieces and nephews; four great-great nieces and nephews; seven grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
