He was predeceased by: his children, Lawrence Allen Welch and Sylvia Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Betty Dee Honea; his children, Linda Cummins of Rockport, Marvin Welch of Gatesville, Elbert Welch (Hugo) of Clifton and Harold (Sandra Welch) of Clifton, Texas; and his siblings, Wanda Moravits, Betty Jean Japort, Lois Foust, Sarah Mazure and Charles Welch. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, numerous great & great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
