She was predeceased by: her parents, William James Waters and Fleta Jane Harper (Hamilton); her spouse L. L. Wooten, Jr.; her daughter Theda Lambert; her siblings, Allene Seldomridge, Leola Tinsley, Lucille Branscome and J. D. Harper; and her grandchildren, Donnie Neagle and Ricky Neagle.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Harris, Lonnie Lee Wooten, III and Ronnee Neagle; her brother Ralph Harper (Rosemary); her grandchildren, Dale Harris (Linda), Sheila Beims, Angela Caldwell (Royden), Nancy Williams (Tim), Ronnie Wooten (Chanti) and Ryan Wooten; and her great grandchildren, Josh Beims of Hillsboro, Gracie Whittington of Hillsboro, RayLee Whittington of Hillsboro and Holly Williams of Hillsboro. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
