He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Schmidt; his mother Shirley Payton; his mother-in-law Angelita Ybarra; his daughter Rachelle Trejo (Robert); his grandchildren, Esperanza Trejo, Juanita Trejo and Javier Trejo; his nieces and nephews, Briana Bagby, Samantha Ybarra, Margarita Ybarra, Angelita Ybarra, Jimmy Staggs and Brian Harrison; and his sisters-in-law, Cynthia Ybarra, Penelope Ybarra and Patricia Ybarra.
