It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Don Underwood of Hillsboro, Texas, born in Whitney, Texas, who passed away on January 25, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Doyle and Lometa Underwood (Watson); and his son Steve Underwood. He is survived by: his wife Bettie Underwood; his children, Sheri Hemrick (Tom) and Chris Underwood; his grandchildren, Kristi Webb (James) and Ben Underwood (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Eli, Parker and Reese.
