She was predeceased by: her parents, Estell Odom and Velma Odom (Martin); her husbands, Buford M. Ward and William D. Greenhill; and her siblings, Edward J. Odom, Myrtle J. Whitlock and Nanette Greenhill.
She is survived by: her sons, Buford M. Ward, Jr. (Bettye), Ricky E. Ward (Betty), Randy J. Ward (Laurie), Bruce W. Ward (Renee Middleton) and Bailey E. Ward (Gwen); and her brother Lester Joe Odom (JoAnne). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and twenty-four great-grandchildren.
