It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delbert Howell Jr. of Hillsboro, Texas, born in Olney, Texas, who passed away on December 14, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Delbert Howell, Sr.; his son Daniel Lee Howell; and his brother-in-law Stephen Goodale. He is survived by: his mother Billie Jean Lang Howell (Oldham); his children, Paul Stuchell, Shana Fletcher, Brian Howell and Daylee Fulcher (Justin); his sisters, Karen DeVillier (Steve), Sharon Goodale and Vickie Collins (Dink); his grandchildren, Mikayla Colin, Jacob, Chloe Muench, Carson, Connor, Madeline, Temperance and Alexis; and his great grandchildren, Lilah and Jordan.
