He is survived by: his wife Dorris Lewis; his daughter Datha Pawlik (Mike) of Austin; his siblings, Joe Don Lewis of Woodbury, Reba Joyce Bryans of Cleburne and Linda Faye Stepp of Hillsboro; and his brother-in-law Elvis Thompson of Blum.
