He is survived by: his parents, Kara Torstrick Mackey and Jason Mackey; his sister Meredith Mackey; his grandparents, Cathy Mackey, Brian and Kim Torstrick; his cousins, Erin, Phillip, Reed, Carter and Jules Prince; his great-uncle Sam; his aunt Vicki Crain; and his cousins, Matt, Nicole, Gus and Dub Crain.
