He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Stites and Addie Louise Stites; and his brother Charles Edward Sties II. He is survived by: his wife Janett Sue Stites; his stepdaughters, Renee Barett and Joanie Mullens; his stepgranddaughters, Willow and Maggie; his sisters, Anna Willenborg (Waymon) and Tommie Griswell (Lonnie); and his nieces and nephews, Leigh Ann Poso (Jason), James Poteet, Caitlin Poteet, Jacob Poso, Charles Griswell, Shayne Griswell, Ethan Griswell, John Griswell, Hulon Pate and Jared Pate.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Ridge Park Cemetery.
