She was predeceased by: her parents, John Forrest and Anna Marie Bailey (Hamilton); her husband Jim Bewley; her daughter Debbie Norman Vrba; and her siblings, Nancy Dove White and William Pat Bailey.
She is survived by: her brother Johnny Lee Bailey; her son-in-law Stanley Vrba, Jr.; and her granddaughters, Rebecca Lynn Kietlinski and Deanna Marie Vrba. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
