She was predeceased by: her mother Cokquesa Williams; her husband Sam Griffin; her great grandchild Marc Abor; and her cousin Pearl Cook. She is survived by: her children, Sammie Griffin-Davis (Larry), Kimberly (Blaine Griffin), Judy Griffin-Touchstone (Jerome) and Calvin Griffin (Trish); and her cousin Shirley Brown Harris. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren; thirty five great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren.
