The memory of George E. Kunetka of Hillje, Texas, who passed away on February 24, 2025 at the age of 80, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, William W Kunetka and Bertha Dressler; and his siblings, Irene Hurta and William Billy Kunetka. He is survived by: his wife Viola Jurasek; his daughters, Tammie Mikes (Thomas) and Jennifer Kunetka (Kevin Sczech); his sisters, Willie Mae Cihal and Betty Lou Kallus (Albert); and his pets, Roxy, Daisy and Jake. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Triska Funeral Home (612 Merchant St, El Campo, TX 77437-3440). A rosary will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Andrew's Catholic Church (270 St Andrew St, El Campo, TX 77437).
