Cecil Ray Collins Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cecil Ray Collins of Hillister, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 27, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arva Collins and Katie Lee Collins; and his wife Myrtis Collins. He is survived by: his children, Cecil Collins, Jr., Richard Collins (Diane), Ernest Collins and Susan Townsend (Ira); his grandchildren, Brian Collins, Jennifer Gates, Heather Barnett, Brooke Collins, Brittany Collins, Dylan Frederick and Dustin Frederick; and his sisters, Mary Alice Priddy and Martha Lind. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Riley Funeral Home (913 US-190, Woodville, TX 75979). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
